Store Manager in PANDORA Concept Store, Hong Kong
The Store Manager will lead a team of Retail Staff within our new concept store (opening date and venue to be confirmed soon). This is a full time position.
This role is required to ensure the store is run according to the direction as provided by the Management. This includes both the people management side of the store as well as the day to day operations of the store.
Key Requirements:
- Store Management experience within a retail environment, preferably the fashion and accessories sector (experience with PANDORA an advantage, but not required)
- Proven leadership and management experience
- Proven sales ability and ability to maintain or exceed store targets
- Proven roster management to ensure staff costs remain low
- Ability to communicate and take directions efficiently
- Ability to ensure confidentiality is adhered to at all times
- Proven experience in performance management of direct reports
- Self motivated and enthusiastic individual who leads by example
- Proven experience working within a highly pressured/busy environment
- Experience in going through new store rollouts/renovations will also be advantageous.
