Retail Associates in Ion Orchard, Singapore
We are seeking enthusiastic Retail Associates to be the face of PANDORA within our soon to be opened new ION Orchard Concept store (due to be opening mid August 2009). These are full time positions.
This role is required to ensure customers are on the receiving end of outstanding customer service at all times. This role is also responsible for ensuring the store always looks presentable and Visual Merchandising requirements coming from Head Office are adhered to consistently.
Key Requirements:
- Previous customer service experience, preferably within the fashion/accessories sector
- Outgoing and enthusiastic personality
- Proven sales ability and ability to maintain or exceed store targets
- Honesty/integrity and ability to take directions from the Store Manager and/or 2IC
- Ability to communicate and take directions efficiently
- Visual Merchandising experience
- Experience dealing with varying customer requests and excellent communication skills
- Proven experience working within a highly pressured/busy environment
- Team Player
- Neat and tidy presentation.
