Wholesale Manager
This is a unique opportunity for an experienced Wholesale Manager or Sales Executive to join a fast growing and expanding company in Central Eastern Europe.
The Wholesale Manager will report directly to the Commercial Director, and will be charged with the responsibility of building up a Wholesale network for Pandora Jewelry in Poland through established chains as well as independent dealers.
It is expected that the candidate has extensive experience with wholesale to branded retail chains and stores in Poland as well as Key Account experience. A background from the jewelry business, branded watches or cosmetics is an advantage but not a requirement.
We offer the right candidate a solid base salary, company car, medical insurance and a very attractive bonus package. The position is based out of Warsaw but the candidate should expect to spend a majority of time on the road visiting customers.
Key responsibilities and requirements
- Overall responsibility for Pandora’s wholesale activities in Poland
- To build an extensive and profitable network of wholesale customers throughout Poland
- To meet sales budgets and targets
- To negotiate and open partner owned Pandora Stores and Shop in Shops (franchise)
- To present and sell-in new collections
- To host and represent Pandora at sales conferences and fairs.
- To maintain and build upon strong partner relations
