A PANDORAnál csak valódi drágaköveket használunk, az egyetlen kivétel a zirconia. A zirconia mesterséges, gyémánthoz hasonló kő.

Minden általunk használt kőnek különleges jelölése van. Minden egyes termékszám után található egy betűkombináció, mely a felhasznált kő rövidítésének felel meg. Például a rubin rövidítése a RU, az ametiszt rövidítése az AM, és így tovább.
